One class per week, four hour long classes per month, helps us get the 13 gentle movements into our body and can help maintain flexibility and energy and a sense of self confidence as we move. If you want to do one class per week, either Sunday’s at 11am-12pm PST or Tuesday’s at 1pm-2pm PST, subscribe to class here and a zoom class link will be sent 5 minutes before class time. Open the link on your computer and WALA! we are in class. Tuesday’s class is for ages 60+ and Sunday’s Class is for every and any age!
