Functional Pandiculation™

13 Simple Movements we need to know for Tension & Pain Management

Next  Workshop Date:

Saturday, June TBA, 2021, 2-4pm Pacific Standard Time

“I have been working with these movements since it’s inception and am exceptionally pleased with the results I have received. I was really dubious of doing this kind of work online rather in person or in a class. I am so delighted that the methodology really works as presented by Christopher! My body has learned how to identify patterns of holding tension that causes me pain and suffering and to actually release it gently, easily and painlessly! My physical movement is easier, more free and natural. Christopher works carefully, kindly, humorously and effectively articulating the simple movements we do that allow the body to function as it was designed to move before injury and developing bad movement habits. Through his tutoring I’m learning to move more correctly, efficiently, easily and naturally.”
