Motion Potion’s way of addressing muscular tension and pain is to first acknowledge that the muscular system is a multidimensional, full bodied, functionally patterned and interconnected system.

When one muscle is chronically tight and therefor stuck, every other muscle suddenly gets shortened to a varied degree. Another way to put it, if one muscle isn’t doing its job, because it’s always over tightened, then all the other muscles get thrown off. This is akin to the law of compensation. Everything effects everything else.

By this naturally interconnected, functional reality Motion Potion’s 13 movement’s find their efficacy and therapeutic power for physical wellbeing.

Why does motion potion work when other methods don’t?

Well It’s simple. Muscular tension accrues everyday. Gone unmanaged, pain and chronic tightness ensue. Then comes postural dysfunction, limited range of motion, stuck joints, spinal compression (nervous system pinch-off) and the feelings of aging and tiredness setting in largely because energy gets stuck in tight muscles!

Captain Obvious Says "No one can replace our own daily effort to self manage muscular tension! If we learn to melt our own “ice” everyday, we reap the benefits, like the animals do." But we have a unique anatomy and we don’t do these movements insctinctively. That comes with a price. It costs us a lot to not move like the animals do. So we must learn and that is where Motion Potion comes in.
